Kuza Cave

The Kuza Cave is one of the best kept secrets of Zanzibar. It is an ancient limestone jungle cave with crystal clear turquoise fresh water. There is easy access to the cave and a reception area with a restaurant and a large shady area where you can buy food and drinks.

The area around the cave is a peaceful nature reserve for wildlife, including red stump monkeys, colourful butterflies, many birds and bush babies. Kuza is a great family friendly all-weather attraction as the cave is very sheltered. Many visitors say that they feel so refreshed after swimming in the cave that this is a highlight of their Zanzibar trip.
