White water rafting in Uganda is done in Jinja on the great River Nile which is Africa’s longest river; starts in Uganda and pours its water into the Mediterranean Sea. There are 5 major rafts which range between grade 2 and grade 5 rafts. It is such an exciting activity and is usually done by the brave or those who wish to conquer their fears. Safety gears are provided like life jacket and helmet and it is done in the company of well-trained rafting guides.
